Slimming world friendly with only 2.5 syns per person
2 large Chicken breasts, flattened
20g (1 cup) Cornflakes, crushed
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 Egg, beaten
Salt & Pepper
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
Mix together the crushed cornflakes, paprika and season with salt and pepper.
Dip each chicken breast in the beaten egg and then into the cornflake mixture ensuring its fully covered before placing it on a baking tray.
Place in the over and cook for approximately 25 minutes.
