1/2 cup raw almonds, ground to a course powder
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup egg whites
2 chicken breasts, sliced
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking tray with parchment.
In a small bowl combine the almonds, red pepper flakes, onion powder, chilli powder, salt and pepper. Pour the egg white over the chicken and then dip them in the almond mixture.
place them on the baking tray and cook for 10-12 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
