Old School Iced Sponge





250g butter

250g granulated sugar

4 eggs 

250g self raising four

1 tbsp milk

300g icing sugar

Sprinkles 


Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Sift and fold in flour and add milk. Pop into lined tray and cook for 25 minutes on 170 degrees.
