Flapjacks

250g porridge oats
125g butter
125g brown sugar
3 tbs golden syrup

Pre heat oven to 170 degrees C.  Slowly melt together the sugar, butter & syrup until smooth

Stir in the oats and place into a greased 7" square tin, pressing down into the corners

Bake for approximately 20 minutes
